(nee Schramm) Of Mequon, formerly of Brookfield and Brown Deer. March 12, 2017, at the age of 104 years, peacefully at Silver Springs of Mequon where she loved living her last 8 months.  Clara was born in Boyer Valley, Iowa on February 21, 1913 to the late Henry P. and Louise (nee Stephan) Schramm. Clara was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Mequon. 

Beloved wife of the late Philip J. Hohlweck. She is survived by her children Barbara E. Matz, Philip Q. (Sandra) Hohlweck,  Joan C. (Shelby) Lozoff, Myrtle L. Metzger and Roger T. (Mary) Hohlweck. Dear grandmother of Leigh P. Matz, James T. Matz, G.David S.(Kelly) Matz, Julie Hohlweck, Laurie (Dwight) Parkinson, Kelly (Scott) Clark, Daniel (Michelle) Lozoff, Scott A. Rausch, Craig A. Rausch, Philip R. (Erika) Hohlweck and Nicole M. Hohlweck. Great-grandmother of Dustin, Sawyer, Riley, Joshua, Ryan, Kory, Megan, Ella, Hannah, Sierra, Georgia, Laila, Lincoln and Jackson. Further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel, 2405 West Forest Home Avenue in Milwaukee. In lieu of flowers memorials to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Mequon would be appreciated.
